Softening.....

Saturday softness. We are currently under a dark moon energy. Think internal, introspection, reflection and yin movements. The new moon arrives early Monday morning. Leading up to this new moon be gentle with yourself and your time. Meditate. Focus your attention (often) to your breath and let it deepen. Take baths. Go for walks or a long drive. Anything that helps allow your mind to wander without a goal. Save the goal setting for Monday's new moon when it's an intention setting time. Keep cozy & calm. 💕
